Agencies have clear visibility into their revenue and costs pertaining to Rebilling within HighLevel, which they can slice and dice by each product and each sub-account.

Data is only available in the dashboard for the previous 6 months.

Please note: Dashboard might reflect negative revenue in case of subscription cancellations due to proration calculations.


How to use the Rebilling Dashboard

Go to your Agency account and click Agency Dashboard > Rebilling tab.

  1. Filter by Subaccount
  2. Filter by Product
  3. Filter by Dates
  4. Toggle only rebilled transactions (enabling this will exclude all transactions where your client was not rebilled from the calculations)
  5. Total Rebilling Revenue
  6. Total Usage Costs
  7. Total Gross Profit
  8. Revenue Distribution across all products
  9. Cost Distribution across all products
  10. Profit Distribution across all products
  11. Revenue Growth
  12. Profit Growth

To filter by subaccount, click on the subaccount dropdown and search.
