How to Switch from FirstPromoter to Affiliate Manager?

Step 1: Export Your Affiliate List from FirstPromoter

1. Log in to the FirstPromoter Dashboard: Navigate to the dashboard of your FirstPromoter account.
2. Go to the ‘Promoters’ Section: Click on the ‘Promoters’ tab in the menu.
3. Click on ‘Export’: Locate and click the ‘Export’ button (highlighted in red).

   

Step 2: Format Your Exported File

1. Download the Exported File: Once the export is complete, download the file in CSV format.
2. Format the File: Ensure your CSV file matches the supported import format.

Step 3: Import Your CSV into the Affiliate Manager

1. Access the Affiliate Manager: Log in to your Affiliate Manager account.
2. Upload Your CSV: Go to the Affiliate section and click on “Add” and choose “Upload Affiliate”. Make sure the file format matches the sample file (Sample File)
3. Once your file is prepared, upload and click on Next

Once your affiliates are successfully imported into the CRM, you can start managing them by creating new Affiliate Campaigns or editing existing ones. Use the ‘Add’ button to set up new campaigns or modify current ones to fit your needs.
