How to Enable the “Other” Option

1. Enable in Form Editor: Click “Add ‘Other’ option” when setting up multiple-choice fields.

2. User Input: When selected, users can type their custom response.

3. View Responses: Submitted answers appear in the form submissions tab, along with predefined choices.

4. Other option typed by user appears in contacts section as well.
