Agency users can now cancel location-level subscriptions directly from their Billing page using a guided 3-step unsubscribe flow. This article walks you through the cancellation options, what to expect at each step, and what’s coming next. Steps to Cancel Location Subscriptions
Step 1: Navigate to Billing
- Click on Settings from your Agency account.
- Click on the Billing tab.
- Locate Reselling under Subscriptions.
- For the particular reselling product, Click on the Show sub-accounts button.
Step 2: Choose the Location
- Click on the Three Dots under Actions column for the location you want to cancel the subscription for.
- Click on the x Cancel Subscription button.
Step 3: Choose when to Cancel
- You’ll be prompted to select one of the following cancellation options:
- Cancel at End of Billing Cycle – Subscription ends after the current billing period (no refunds).
- Cancel Immediately – Subscription ends right away (no refunds or proration).
- Cancel at End of Billing Cycle – Subscription ends after the current billing period (no refunds).
- Select your desired option and click on the Proceed to cancellation button.
Step 4: Review Location and Important Disclaimer

Review the Location Name and ID.

Review the Important Disclaimer.

Click on the Next button.
Step 5: Share a Reason & Cancel
- Select a reason for cancellation.
- Confirm cancellation by typing DELETE in the box.
- Click on the Cancel Subscription button.
