How to Set Up Phone Verification in HighLevel (Step-by-Step)
Step 1: Open Your Form or Survey
- Go to Sites > Forms > Builder (for forms)
- Go to Sites > Surveys > Builder (for surveys)
- Important: Your form/survey must include a Phone Number field.
Step 2: Enable Phone Validation
- Click on the Phone Number field in the builder.
- In the edit menu, check the box for “Validate Phone.”
- This automatically adds a “Verify Phone” button next to the field.
Step 3: Test It Out!
