​How To Reset Your HighLevel Password

Depending on your permissions, you will either need to reset it in your Profile or in Team Management.

Step 1: If you don’t see Team Management, use the Password Reset in the Profile Section.

  • Navigate to Settings > Profile.
  • Enter the Existing password.
  • Type in a new Password.
  • Confirm the new Password.
  • Click Update Password to save.

Step 2: If you do see Team Management, Use the Password Reset in Team Management.

  • Navigate to Settings > My Staff > Team Management.
  • Choose the correct Account.
  • Edit > User Info.
  • Type in a Password >  Click Update Password.
  • Save.
