If you’d like to use Google Meet to connect virtually for appointments, check out this quick tutorial to get your account set up in HighLevel. You can simply integrate your Google account to HighLevel, and then set your User Availability for your meeting/appointment ‘location’ to be a Google Meet link. It’s as simple as that!
Step 1: Integrate Google in HighLevel
- Make sure you have your Google Account integrated into HighLevel. Check out our integration tutorials if you need help getting connected.
Step 2: Set the Location for your User Availability
- Navigate to Settings > Profile
- Scroll down to User Availability
- From the dropdown, select Google Meet
- Click Update Availability
Now, whenever you have appointments, the location will be an appointment link for Google Meet.
